National Fertilizers Ltd. offers one of the best pay packages in the Fertilizer industry. Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 16400-3%-40500 at the basic pay of Rs. 16400/- during one-year training. On successful completion of training period these candidates will be considered for regularization as Engineers/Officers in the pay scale of Rs. 16400-3%- 40500 at a basic pay of Rs. 16900/-.Besides basic pay candidates will also be paid. Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance / Company Accommodation and will also be entitled for other perquisites & allowances. Benefits such as leave, medical treatment, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Pension etc. will be admissible as per company rules in force from time to time
during training / after regularisation.
PLACEMENT:
The selected candidates shall undergo one year training at our various units. Candidates can be posted at any of the Units/Offices of NFL all over India.RESERVATIONS AND RELAXATIONS:
1. Reservations and relaxations for SC / ST / OBC will be provided as per Government guidelines. Category {SC / ST /OBC/ PWD (persons with disability)} once filled in the online application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible later on. The reserved category candidates are required to produce original certificate in the prescribed format of Government of India, issued by the competent authority, at the time of interview, if called for.2. No registration fee will be charged from SC/ST/PWD and Departmental Candidates during online registration in NFL.
3. SC, ST and Departmental candidates with at least 50% marks in qualifying examination are eligible to apply.
4. The upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates. It is relaxed by 10 years for PWD-General, 13 years for PWD-OBC and 15 years for PWD-SC/ST candidates.
5. Upper age is relaxed by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.
6. For Departmental candidates upper age limit will be 40 yrs for UR, 45 yrs for SC/ST and 43 yrs for OBC candidates.
7. The OBC candidates who belong to “Creamy Layer” are not entitled for concession admissible to OBC category and such candidates have to indicate their category as General. The OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates are required to submit requisite certificate in prescribed format of Government of India, from a competent authority issued in the current year. Further, OBC (NCL) candidates will have to give a selfundertaking indicating that they belong to OBC (Non creamy Layer) category also at the
time of Interview, if called for.
SERVICE AGREEMENT BOND:
The selected candidates will be required to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 80,000/- (Rs. 20,000/- for candidates belonging to SC, ST categories and PWDs) to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of the training.
HOW TO APPLY:
1. For detailed information on GATE-2014, interested candidates may log on to gate.iitkgp.ac.in/gate2014 or websites of other IITs and Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore.
2. Candidates need to apply Online for GATE as per the information provided on the websites.They should wait for the admit card to get the GATE registration number.
3. The candidates will receive their GATE-2014 Registration Number printed on their admit card. On receipt of GATE registration number, the candidates need to apply Online for NFL MT-2014 on the website www.nationalfertilizers.com from December _____ to December ______, 2013.(exact dates will be notified later on)
4. Candidates belonging to General/OBC category are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 500/-. The SC / ST / PWD category and Departmental candidates need not pay the registration fee.
5. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the registration fee.
6. While applying Online, candidate should keep the scanned copy of their passport size color photograph, their signature and SC, ST and Disability certificate (if applicable) in JPEG format not exceeding 500 KB size each.
7. Read the instructions carefully and fill-in the On-line application form giving accurate information including the GATE-2014 registration number and payment details. After successful registration, system will generate a Unique Application Number. Candidates are required to keep the printout of the Application slip which will be generated by the system after successful registration.
8. Please ensure that the GATE registration number, which is mentioned on your GATE Admit card, is filled up correctly. Name should also be filled up as appearing in GATE Admit card. No request with respect to the change in any data entered by the candidate will be entertained once the application is submitted successfully.

3. All qualifications should be full time (regular) from an Indian University / Institute recognized by AICTE /appropriate statutory authority.
