National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd (NTPC) has issued notification for recruitment of the Engineering Executive Trainees in disciplines of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation and Electronics. Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit should not exceed 27 years as on 18-01-2014.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess full time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/ AMIE in relevant discipline with not less than 65% marks, taking average of all the years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular year by the Institute/ University. Final year/semester students are also eligible however they have to obtain at least 65% marks in their Engineering Degree.
Selection Process: Candidates would be short-listed category-wise for Group Discussion & Personal Interview based on their marks obtained in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2014.
Registration Fee: Candidates have to pay the registration fee of Rs.150/- for General/OBC category and no fee for SC / ST / PWD category candidates. The fee should be deposited at State Bank of India in a specially opened account (No. 30987919993) at CAG branch, New Delhi, on behalf of NTPC.
